Please note: We do not issue refunds.  At this time, we only offer exchanges or a store credit.  

Our hope is that our customers will love their purchase.  However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for a store credit.  The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of your package, the return will be processed within 4-6 business days. We are unable to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, damaged or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free of odor & stains (i.e. deodorant, makeup, etc).  Merchandise must have all tags attached.

In the event that the item(s) does not match the original condition, we are unable to honor a store credit.  We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances or smoke.

Orders cannot be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.

Non returnable merchandise includes: sale items, swimwear, undergarments, jewelry, accessories, monogrammed & customized items.

The customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning an order. Please record your tracking number. Without proof of delivery, Wrighteous Gal will not be able to fulfill your return.

Lost or Stolen Items:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when an incorrect address is provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undelivered will be reshipped at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS®. Any lost, stolen or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
